Nonfinancial aspects of the association’s performance, including but not limited to policies, main risks, and/or outcomes under the following:
1. Addressing welfare and meeting the needs of USWAG MBA’s members;
2. Environmental impact of USWAG MBA’s operations, and its contribution to environmental sustainability;
3. Continuous training/development of employees, and promotion of their health, safety, and welfare; and, 4. Implementation of anti-corruption policy and systems for handling complaints and feedback, including details on initiatives to protect any complainant or feedback-giver from retaliation.
